Join us as a Companion and support Newbury’s creative recovery
The last 18 months have been the most challenging in our 27 years as an arts organisation. Covid-19 has decimated our income and closed our buildings. As we’re finally able to return to our activities we need your support both now and in the future, to recover from the impact that the pandemic and our closure has had on our organisation.
Can you help us?
In an ordinary year we need to raise £200,000 from fundraising to sustain all of our work. But these are no ordinary times and we will need to redouble our fundraising efforts to ensure we can continue everything we do, including our work with young people, families and older people; our free outdoor events; and programming the best theatre, dance, comedy, films and music.
Support us by becoming a Corn Exchange Companion
We are asking you, and everyone we know, to become a Corn Exchange Companion by making a minimum suggested donation of £5 per month to support our recovery.
Our Companions are with us every step of the way from attending sharings of brand new shows at 101 through to celebrating at the fundraising night of our pantomime.
By committing to a regular donation and joining us as a Companion you will be making a real difference to the work we are able to do, both now and in the future. As a thank you our Companions will receive priority booking for live events, films, activities at the Learning Centre and exhibitions at The Base.
You can become a Companion by setting up a regular donation below. Alternatively, you can make a one-off donation here.
Our audiences and the local community are at the heart of everything we do and we are determined to continue making a positive difference to people’s lives through the arts. Thank you in advance for your support.
“Newbury is lucky to have such an imaginative and inspiring organisation at its heart, bringing the community together in such wonderful ways”
“We have supported the Corn Exchange for the last three years and during this time we have realised what a massive contribution it makes to not only Newbury but the surrounding areas and it’s people.”
